Return policy

It is essential to keep your proof of purchase (order number and supporting invoice).



If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or has a manufacturing defect, you have 15 days following your purchase to contact us . You must email us detailing the situation and include your proof of purchase. We will assess the situation  and contact you for further return process.


We do not issue refundsunless the item you wish to return is no longer in stock.


We are aware that our items may not appeal to everyone, although we are confident of our product range. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase and we will do our best to correct the situation. Please note, however, thatwe do not issue refunds.
